Video + Single release: The Years I Spent Punkrocking

The single release features also the previously unreleased track “Call Off Your Dogs”
Listen and download on Itunes or Bandcamp.

The video was made on a cell phone by singer Gustav Haggren and features footage from the band’s one month US tour in April as well as footage from Barcelona where the band is partly based today.

The song is dedicated to poet and activist Diamond Dave Whitaker who the band met when they were in San Francisco. Bob Dyland mentions Diamond Dave in his Chronicles because he was the one who drove Dylan to see Woody Guthrie in the hospital. They split ways after that, Dylan went to NYC and Diamond Dave to San Francisco where he became a major part in the Love Generation and a good friend of Ferlinghetti, Ginsberg and Kerouac.
